On the other hand, perhaps verbs such as attract, tempt and seduce can serve as desiderative processes of the 'please' type; otherwise, how else to explain the following projection nexus:
The talking snake tempted the naked woman to eat a piece of magic fruit.Cf
The talking snake made the naked woman want to eat a piece of magic fruit.
